Orange Chicken With Bacon |

Ingredients:
8 pieces chicken breasts -- skinless |
1 medium finely chopped onion |
1/4 cup fresh orange juice |
1/3 cup Calverts Cedar Street Mustard* |
3 cloves garlic -- pressed |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 tablespoons white vinegar |
1 medium grated rind of 1 orange |
16 slices bacon |

Preparation / Directions:
* or other gourmet mustard
Marinate chicken in next eight ingredients overnight.
Wrap two slices of bacon around each breast and secure with a toothpick.
Grill over medium hot coals for approximately 35 minutes or until moist but firm.
Chicken can also be baked in the oven at 375F for 40 minutes.
