Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Combine lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings. Pour over vegetables in a big bowl. Let marinate for at least one hour, longer if desirable.
Cook over hot coals approximately 10 on each side.
Serve over hot brown rice and pour remaining marinade over all.
