Ingredients:


1 can dole pineapple juice -- (6-oz)

3/4 pound flank steak

2 medium green -- red or yellow bell peppers,, cut in

1 large red onion -- sliced

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese -- , shredded

4 tortillas flour tortillas
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pour pineapple juice over flank steak in non-metallic dish. Cover; marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator. Discard marinade. Grill or broil steak with peppers, onion for 15 minutes for medium rare or until vegetables are tender. Divide steak and vegetables and cheese among 4 (8 inch) flour tortilla. Roll up.
