Shish Kabob Marinade

Ingredients:


1 cup oil

3/4 cup wine vinegar

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients together in a large container and marinade Shish kabob ingredients for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Turn occasionally to ensure that the liquid is distributed throughout. Use onions, fresh mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, beef cubes, etc.
