Skewered Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:


1/4 cup hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 pound shrimp

1 can pineapple chunks

1 medium green pepper chunks
 

Preparation / Directions:


Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Mix together marinate shrimp in sauce for 1 hour. Skewer shrimp with pineapple and green pepper. Put on grill and cook 2-3 minutes, turn. Cook until done.
