Southwestern Tri Tip Marinade |

Ingredients:
2 cups red wine |
1 can beer |
1 small red onion -- sliced |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin |
6 medium fresh limes -- squeezed for the juice, up to 8 |
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro -- chopped |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix all and marinade meat in this at least overnight and as long as up to 3 days.
Works great for fajitas. Can use a little of the lime rind too if desired.
For more heat add 2-3 seeded and chopped jalapenos.
