Preparation / Directions:Combine all the ingredients in a small heavy saucepan and simmer until reduced to about 1/2 cup.
Cool and pour over the fish as a marinade for 20-40 minutes.
Turn the fish once to ensure both sides soak in the flavor.
Drain and reserve for brushing on during grilling.
