Ingredients:


2 pounds cubed lamb meat

---Marinade---

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon parsley

1 tablespoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons fresh basil

1 teaspoon garlic crushed

1 medium onion -- chopped

1/4 cup vinegar

1 cup oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Throw all the marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Marinate the lamb at least overnight in refrigerator, but a week isn't too long. Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal. Excellent
