Teriyaki Grilling Sauce

Ingredients:


2/3 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons dry -- ground mustard

2 teaspoons ground ginger

2 tablespoons onion -- minced

4 tablespoons molasses

1/3 cup olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put soy in a small bowl. Whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion. Add molasses and stir well. Finally, add olive oil mix well. Immediately place one half in bottom of a marinating pan. Add meat. Cover with remaining marinade. Cover. Refrigerate. Turn 4 times in 24 hours.
