Thai Pork Chops - 2

Ingredients:


4 chops pork chops -- about 1-1/4-inches t

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

4 cloves garlic crushed

1/4 cup grated ginger root

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon crushed red chiles

3 tablespoons water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients except pork chops in blender container; blend until smooth and spread about 2 teaspoons of paste on each chop, covering both sides. Cover chops and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Prepare medium-hot grill in kettle-style covered grill. Grill chops directly over coals for 7 to 8 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
