Ingredients:
1 pound tomatillos -- chopped |
1 pound Italian roma tomatoes cored and chopped |
1 large onion chopped |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup white vinegar |
1 bunch cilantro -- chopped leaves only |
1/4 cup sugar |
6 cloves garlic minced |
1 medium jalapeno -- seeded and diced |
1 medium red bell pepper chopped |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |

Preparation / Directions:
In a pot combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer about an hour.
Use as a topping for grilled fish.
