Asian Hot Grill Sauce For Chicken, Beef Or Pork |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 cup ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon Chinese hot mustard -- up to 1 |
1 large garlic clove -- minced |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon Asian chile paste with garlic -- up to 3 |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chile paste.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
