Preparation / Directions:Place marinade ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth. Pour into a shallow dish; add the steaks and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate refrigerated for 1-2 hrs turning occasionally.
Remove trout from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill steaks 5 minutes each side, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.
