Preparation / Directions:Combine the basil leaves, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, onion, and honey in a blender and puree. With the motor running slowly add the oil until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. May be prepared up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated. Bring up to room temperature before serving.
