Bourbon Marinated Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:


3 pounds salmon -- fresh, skinned and boned

2 tablespoon oil

2 cups bourbon

2 cups soy sauce

1/3 cup ginger -- fresh

1/3 cup pepper -- black

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon garlic -- minced

1 1/2 ounces sesame oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cover salmon with oil. Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade. Marinate salmon overnight. Grill over mesquite until flaky.
