Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice |
1 bottle red stripe beer |
2 cups key lime juice |
4 cups cilantro -- chopped |
1/4 cup dark brown sugar |
3 medium chile negro -- toasted lightly, stem and seeds removed, ground |
20 cloves garlic |
1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves -- minced |
1/4 cup ground cumin |
1/4 cup italian parsley |
5 tablespoons kosher salt |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix and use to cover meat. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Grill to desired degree of doneness.
