Enola's Grilled Or Baked Herb Corn |

Ingredients:
4 ears corn on the cob |
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine -- melted |
2 tablespoons white wine |
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion |
1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil -- crushed |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1/4 teaspoon chile powder |

Preparation / Directions:
Prepare grill or preheat the oven to 350F.
Shuck the corn and set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Brush the mixture all over each ear of corn.
Wrap each ear in a double thickness of aluminum foil.
Grill method: place on grill away from coals or flame and cover. Turn after 15 minutes. Cook for about 30 minutes total.
Oven method: place wrapped corn on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 min.
