Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
2 medium two lemons -- juice of |
2 tablespoons fresh minced oregano -- (or 1 tbsp dried) |
4 cloves garlic -- minced, up to 5 |
3 pieces dried bay leaves -- broken into small pieces |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorn |

Preparation / Directions:
Whisk all ingredients in glass bowl.
Apply to lamb or beef.
Let marinate 4 hours or overnight.
