Greek Marinade For Kabobs - 1

Ingredients:


1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 medium two lemons -- juice of

2 tablespoons fresh minced oregano -- (or 1 tbsp dried)

4 cloves garlic -- minced, up to 5

3 pieces dried bay leaves -- broken into small pieces

1 teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorn
 

Preparation / Directions:


Whisk all ingredients in glass bowl. Apply to lamb or beef. Let marinate 4 hours or overnight.
