Mustard Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:


1/4 cup brandy

1 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoons red pepper flakes

1 tablespoons green peppercorns -- crushed

1 tablespoons pink peppercorns -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Reduce brandy by half over medium heat. Then add the rest of ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
