Ingredients:


1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts

2 medium avocado

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 cup tomato concasse

1/4 cup scallions

1 cup green bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon cilantro
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drain artichoke hearts, reserving the liquid combine artichokes with remaining ingredients in a food processor pulse just until coarsely blended thin with reserved liquid as needed serve immediately
