Ingredients:


1 package unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup water

1 cup canned low sodium chicken br

2 large avocado

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons sweet onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1 ounce diced green chiles

1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1 teaspoon fruit fresh
 

Preparation / Directions:


SPRINKLE GELATIN OVER WATER AND ALLOW TO SOFTEN BRIEFLY HEAT BROTH TO A BOIL, IN A SAUCEPAN, OVER A MEDIUM FLAME REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD TO GELATIN MIXTURE STIR TO DISSOLVE GELATIN, SET ASIDE PEEL, SEED, AND MASH AVOCADOS STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS SLOWLY STIR IN GELATIN MIXTURE POUR INTO A PLASTIC-LINED GELATIN MOLD CHILL FOR 4-24 HOURS INVERT ONTO A SERVING PLATTER GARNISH AS DESIRED SERVE SLIGHTLY CHILLED
