Preparation / Directions:Heat half of oil in a skillet, over a medium flame add okra, heat and stir for 6-8 minutes remove from heat and set aside heat remaining oil in a heavy saucepot, over a medium flame add flour, heat and stir to a rich medium brown color add onions, tomato paste, and water-mix well add remaining ingredients-mix well bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 60 minutes serve hot, with hot-cooked rice, and tabasco sauce to the side
