Chunky Ham Stew

Ingredients:


1 medium Onion chopped

2 medium Celery stalks sliced

2 medium carrots sliced

4 cups Chicken broth (low sodium)

2 cups ARMOUR Lower Salt Ham [cut into 1 inch cubes]

1 cup Frozen peas

2 tablespoons Corn starch
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a dutch oven, combine onion seasonings, cover and cook over med-high heat for 20 min or til carrots are almost tender. Then stir in the peas, mix cup water and then corn starch and add to the stw. Stir constantly til stew thickens and if desired garnish with celery
