Mother's Basic Ice Cream

Ingredients:


4 large Eggs

1 Dash Salt

2 Cups Sugar (Depends on your taste and also depends on Variation you are making)

1 Can Unsweetened Condensed Milk

1 teaspoon Adams Best Vanilla

2 quarts 1/2 and 1/2 (may use regular milk if desired)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In Large bowl, beat eggs with dash salt added until foamy. Slowly add sugar, beat until thickened. Add condensed milk and vanilla, mix well*. Pour into can. Add milk to fill line on can and stir well (I often add slightly above line). Churn in freezer per instructions. *Add fruit here, if desired.
