Ingredients:


2 1/2 quarts milk

10 tablespoons flour

3 3/4 cups sugar

4 large egg yolks

2 cups heavy cream

4 teaspoons vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Scald milk, stirring constantly. Mix flour, egg yolks, sugar and pint of milk to gelatin. Pour into hot milk. Boil until it thickens. When cold add cream, flavoring and last egg whites. Freeze.
