Brazzaville Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:


2 large mangoes -- peel and pit

1 can evaporated milk

1 can condensed milk

1 cup cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put mangoes in the blender with a small amount of water to make a puree. Blend together and put in freezer one hour. Remove and put in ice cream maker. Put back in freezer until solid.
