Carob Honey Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1 cup honey

3 cups half and half -- light cream

1 cup carob powder unsweetened

3 large eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla

3 cups whipping cream

1 cup almonds toasted -- chopped or sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir together honey, 1 1/2 cups half and half and carob until blended. Beat in remaining half and half, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Stir in whipping cream. Pour into churn and follow directions. Fold in nuts.
