Chocolate Chip-Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients:


4 large eggs

2 cups sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 cans evaporated milk -- (13 oz)

1 1/2 cups grated milk chocolate

1 1/2 teaspoons mint extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs, beating well until stiff. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in the freezer until time to serve.
