Ingredients:


8 cups cream

6 large egg yolk

6 large egg white

2 cups sugar

4 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine yolks and 1 cup sugar in a mixer bowl beat until smooth fold whites into yolk mixture stir in cream and remaining sugar transfer to the top of a double-boiler heat and stir for 15-18 minutes, until thickened stir in vanilla and salt process until chilled and firm
