Ingredients:


7 cups half and half

1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup water

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Soften gelatin in water stir in cream, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt transfer to the top of a double-boiler heat and stir to 148 degrees remove from heat, cool completely stir in vanilla process until chilled and stiff serve chilled
