Coffee 'n' Cookies Ice Cream

Ingredients:


14 ounces sweetened condensed milk -- (not evaporated)

1 tablespoon instant coffee

3 large egg yolks

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 cup chocolate creme filled sandwich cookies -- crushed

2 cups whipping cream -- whipped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine milk and coffee; let stand 10 min. Add egg yolks and vanilla; beat until well blended. Fold in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into a 9"x5" loaf pan and freeze 6 hours or until firm. Return leftovers to freezer.
