French Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1 package lemon instant pudding mix

1/4 cup lemonade drink mix - presweetened

1/4 cup sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 cups milk

2 cups half and half

2 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine pudding mix, drink mix, sugar and salt. Gradually blend in milk, stirring until mixes are dissolved completely. Add cream and eggs; beat 1 min. Pour into churn and follow directions.
