Preparation / Directions:Beat eggs yolks together with 1/2 cup sugar Melt chocolate over low heat Warm half-and-half to a near boil Mix heated half-and-half with cocoa powder and 1/4 cup sugar. Add to melted chocolate. Add heated half-and-half/chocolate mixture to beaten egg yolks Cool. Add cream and orange extract. Freeze in ice cream maker.
