Peaches'n'cream Ice Cream

Ingredients:


3 cups mashed peaches

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 cups milk

3 cups whipping cream

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 drops red food color -- (2 to 3)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sweeten fresh peaches to taste. Combine peaches and lemon juice. In a large bowl. Combine milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and almond extract and salt. Add peaches. Stir in food color. Chill. Churn. Freeze.
