Preparation / Directions:In top of double boiler, combine light cream and marshmallows. Heat, stirring, until marshmallows melt and mixture is blended. Cool for 20 min. Add food coloring, salt, almond and vanilla extracts, whipped heavy cream and pistachio nuts. Mix well. Still-freeze.
