Strawberry Clabber Ice Cream

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups clabber

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups strawberry preserves
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put Clabber in mixing bowl, soften with a whisk, and slowly add the milk while stirring. Stir in the preserves. Chill mixture in cooler for a few hours, then put into ice cream machine. When mix is firm enough to spoon, pour into a chilled container and freeze. Avoid over-working the mixture, or you'll make strawberry butter! Note: Clabber is unpasteurized milk, which is allowed to sour and thicken (curdle) naturall
