Strawberry Ice Cream - Low Fat

Ingredients:


1 cup frozen strawberries

2 teaspoons sweetener OR equal

1/8 cup nonfat dry milk crystals

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Place cottage cheese, dry milk, sweetener and vanilla in blender.

2. Slice frozen strawberries over mixture; blend until thick.

3. Freeze and serve.
