Ingredients:


1/2 cup cold cooked cream of rice

3/4 cup cold milk

1 tablespoon sugar -- or to taste

1/4 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a blender, combine cold, cooked cream of rice, milk, sugar and vanilla. Blend at top speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Makes 1 serving
