Ingredients:


6 medium rhum babas

1 quart vanilla ice cream -- best quality

1 tablespoon pineapple-apricot jam

1 1/2 tablespoons rum -- light

1 1/2 tablespoons rum -- dark
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put the warm babas in a dish. Cover with vanilla ice cream. Place jam and rums in a small sauce pan and warm. Ignite, and pour over ice cream. personal note.
