Ingredients:


1 medium banana peels -- (to 2)

500 grams curds

2 medium ripe bananas

1 tablespoons rock salt -- to taste

1/4 Cup artificial sweetener or sugar -- to taste

1 bunch coriander leaves -- finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil the washed banana peels in a little water in an open pan. Chop these finely. Chop the bananas. Churn curds. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve cold.
