Ingredients:


2 cups Yogurt

1 medium Garlic bulb

1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger

1 tablespoon Red chili powder

1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grind ginger and garlic into a paste. Combine with other ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Serve as an accompaniment to Lamb Biryanis. Source: Chef Imtiaz Quereshi
