Aliza's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:


1 package brick of spinach

28 ounces tomatoes crushed

10 ounces frozen green pepper

14 ounces salt-free mushrooms

1 tablespoons lots of dehydrated onion

1 clove garlic to taste

1 teaspoon parsley to taste

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning to taste

1 dash black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


It was good, but much more of a stew than a sauce. Next time I make it, I'll use real onions, and two cans of tomatoes, and have containers ready to freeze most of it... my freezer is full these days.
