Bacon And Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:


1/3 stick butter

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 pound bacon

10 medium plum tomatoes chopped

1 medium green pepper diced

1/4 cup white wine

1 medium red pepper diced

1 medium hot pepper halved and seeded

1 medium Onion chopped

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

2 cloves garlic chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic. Add peppers and sauté‚5 minutes Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 minutes REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
