Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon salt

1 pound pasta shells

1 cup fresh basil

1 clove garlic

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 cup oil

1 package frozen broccoli -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil 6 quarts of water in a large pot. Add salt, and pasta and cook 15 minutes. Drain and set aside. Prepare broccoli according to directions. Set aside and let cool. Chop garlic and basil into small pieces. Use a food processor if you can. Place chopped basil and garlic into a mixing bowl. Add cheese and blend well. Add oil and blend again. Add pasta and cooked broccoli and mix well. Chill until serving.
