Broccoli, Pasta And Parmesan

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons olive oil

1 cloves garlic -- crushed

2 cups broccoli pieces -- cooked and drained

2 cups cooked fettuccine -- drained

3/4 cup parmesan cheese -- grated

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and sauté garlic until golden brown. Remove and discard. Add the broccoli to the pan, shaking and stirring five to 10 minutes, or until heated through. Add the pasta and stir until heated through. Turn into a platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
