Chicken And Mushrooms Marsala

Ingredients:


15 ounces tomato sauce

8 ounces mushrooms sliced

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 pounds frying chicken pieces skinned

2 tablespoons marsala wine
 

Preparation / Directions:


In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, mix sauce, mushrooms, sugar, salt and pepper. Place chicken in dish and coat with sauce mixture. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 f. For 30 minutes Turn chicken over and bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer. Place chicken on serving platter. Stir marsala into sauce and pour over.
