Chicken Pasta Primavera

Ingredients:


1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut in 1 inch strips

1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 cup carrots -- cut in 1/4 inch strips

1 clove garlic -- finely chopped

1 1/2 cups fettuccine -- cooked

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing

2 tablespoons half and half

1/8 teaspoon dried basil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place chicken, broccoli, carrot and garlic in 1-quart microwaveable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender and chicken is no longer pink in center. Add remaining ingredients; toss. Microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes or until hot.
