Preparation / Directions:
Boil Chicken with poultry seasoning in water. Remove chicken and set aside to cool. Reserve the liquid. Sauté‚onions; celery, salt, pepper, and garlic salt until onions just begin to turn transparent. DO NOT OVER COOK. Debone and shred chicken. While onion mixture is cooking, cook spaghetti in the chicken broth. Add chicken to onion mixture simmer until heated. Drain and put spaghetti in a large bowl. Stir in chicken mixture. Serve with a salad and garlic bread. I think this recipe is an original, at least I have never seen it in any cookbook.
