Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:


1/2 medium onion

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 tablespoon dried oregano

1 dash pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In food processor or blender, chop onion finely. 2. Add remaining ingredients and process 30-60 seconds until fairly smooth. 3. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
