Creamy Tomato And Basil Sauce For Pasta |

Ingredients:
3 medium roma tomatoes |
1 tablespoon basil Fresh and chopped |
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced |
1 tablespoon cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 Cup parmesan cheese |
1 bunch parsley minced -- for garnish |
4 medium roma tomatoes; chopped -- for garnish |

Preparation / Directions:
Puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender. Heat in a saucepan with garlic, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over freshly-cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
