Creamy Tomato And Basil Sauce For Pasta

Ingredients:


3 medium roma tomatoes

1 tablespoon basil Fresh and chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic minced

1 tablespoon cream

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/4 Cup parmesan cheese

1 bunch parsley minced -- for garnish

4 medium roma tomatoes; chopped -- for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender. Heat in a saucepan with garlic, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over freshly-cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
